Thank you for shopping at Handmade by Sondra, where you can find quality, handmade items that are good for you and good to you. Please take a moment to review the policies that have been set in place to protect both you as a buyer and me as a seller.

Payment

Payment is accepted in United States Dollars (USD) only. Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCP, UnionPay, and PayPal. Payment is required before your item(s) can be processed. If payment has not been received within 48 hours, the transaction is subject to cancellation.

Shipping

Free standard shipping is available domestically only at this time. Please allow up to 10 business days after payment to process your order and custom-make your item(s). After that, please allow 2-5 business days for delivery via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail.

Returns

Though handmade products are always subject to slight variation, please contact Handmade by Sondra directly at sondra@handmadebysondra.com in the event of a rare product defect, and action will be taken to make it right. Please include your order number, a clear picture of the item, and a description of what is wrong. Please do not return an item without prior consent of Handmade by Sondra.
